Revolut has started a gradual rollout of AIR (AI by Revolut), an intelligent assistant integrated into the app that provides conversational access to customers’ financial overviews, travel planning and rewards redemption. The feature aims to reduce the need to navigate multiple menus to find reports or service options.
Capabilities of AIR

Intelligent financial management: AIR delivers immediate answers to everyday spending questions, for example how much a user spent on groceries in a given month. It also assists with subscription management and can temporarily freeze lost cards.

Investment insights: Users can query their portfolio and investments with quick questions such as “How is Nvidia performing?” or “What return have I made on my investments this month?”.

Smart travel planning: By describing a desired trip, customers receive personalised multi-day itineraries, suggested optimal travel dates, and reminders of past bookings and spending related to travel.

Travel rewards and basic services: AIR helps locate opportunities to earn points and guides users through redeeming rewards and accessing core travel services.
How to access it
Within the Revolut app, AIR is available from Profile → Chats → AIR. The rollout is staged, so availability will expand to more customers over time rather than appearing for everyone at once.
