Anthropic launches tiered Services Track and Partner Hub for Claude partners

Anthropic announced two new elements for the Claude Partner Network: a three-tier Services Track and the Claude Partner Hub portal. The changes are intended to make it easier for customers to identify partners who have real, production experience deploying Claude. The announcement was made on June 3, 2026.

Program background

Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Network in March and backed the program with a $100 million commitment for partner training, dedicated technical support, and shared marketing. Since the launch, more than 40,000 firms have applied to join and over 10,000 consultants have earned a Claude certification — an individual credential obtained via Anthropic Partner Academy exams.

Several large professional services firms are already building internal Claude practices: Accenture is training 30,000 professionals, Cognizant has rolled Claude out to roughly 350,000 associates, Deloitte is making it available to 470,000 people across its global network, KPMG is integrating Claude across a workforce of more than 276,000, Infosys is developing Claude-powered agents for specific industries, and PwC is rolling out Claude Code and Cowork starting with its US teams and expanding toward a global workforce in the hundreds of thousands.

What is the Services Track?

The Services Track has three tiers that reflect how deeply a firm’s Claude practice is established.

  • Select: the entry partnership tier. Requirements: at least 10 active certified individuals; at least 2 joint customers deployed in production in the trailing 12 months; at least 1 public customer story.
  • Preferred: for firms with deeper practices. Requirements: at least 100 active certified individuals; at least 15 deployed joint customers; at least 3 public stories.
  • Global Premier: the highest tier for the deepest practices. Requirements: at least 1,000 active certified individuals; at least 100 deployed joint customers across three or more regions; at least 15 public customer stories; and a joint business plan with named executive sponsors.

All firms are measured against the same requirements regardless of size. Smaller firms advance by growing their certified bench. The ladder counts adoption and enablement work, so partners that specialize in getting customers live on Claude can qualify earlier.

How standing is measured

  • Certified practitioners: the number of people at the firm who hold a current Anthropic certification and have used Claude in the past 90 days. Certifications are individual, not company-owned, and are earned through Anthropic Partner Academy exams.
  • Customers running Claude in production: how many customers the firm has taken live with Claude.
  • Public endorsements: how many customers will vouch for the firm’s work in published customer stories.

Each firm sees the same numbers on its dashboard; Anthropic verifies standing quarterly. Detailed tier requirements are published at claude.com/partners.

About the Claude Partner Hub

The Claude Partner Hub is a portal that shows each partner’s standing against the published requirements with daily refreshes. It also serves as a public directory where customers can find the firms most qualified for a given scope of work. A partner’s tier, certified team size, customer deployments, and public references are visible in the Hub’s public listing.

Partners can connect the Partner Hub to Claude via a new MCP connector. Once connected, partnership information becomes actionable inside Claude: for example, a firm can ask Claude where it stands relative to the next tier, check the status of a registered deal, or query how many consultants hold active certifications, and then act on the answer from within Claude.

What this means for partners

The program is designed to reward tangible work and to be predictable for planning. Anthropic highlights four consistent points for partners:

  1. Always know where you stand: partners can see daily-updated status versus published requirements and what the next tier requires in the Claude Partner Hub.
  2. Practice building and bringing business are credited separately: tier standing measures the practice (certified practitioners, production deployments, public references), while referring new business to Anthropic is rewarded on a separate track through referral credit and deal protection.
  3. The ladder moves on a visible schedule: promotions are processed twice a year, on January 1 and July 1, with an additional review on October 1, 2026, in the program’s first year. A firm can only be demoted at the annual review on December 31, if it no longer meets its tier’s requirements, and only after 90 days’ notice and an opportunity to close the gap. The Program Guide specifies narrow exceptions.
  4. The $100 million committed in March funds partner training, dedicated technical support, and shared marketing. Firms that join now receive priority access to new certifications as they are introduced.

Next steps

Anthropic says industry and use-case specializations are coming, along with rewards that scale as a partner’s deployments grow. Joining is free: firms gain access to the Anthropic Partner Academy and certification exams. New applicants start at Registered (the program’s entry level) with a minimum commitment to 10 certified practitioners; partnership begins at Select. The requirements are the same for every firm.
