Anthropic announces two new research fellowships, applications open until October 28

Anthropic is announcing two new four-month fellowships: STEM Fellows (natural sciences and engineering) and Conceptual Reasoning Fellows (philosophy, cognitive science, economics, politics and law). The program begins in January 2027, the application deadline is October 28, 2026, and its goal is to improve Claude's reasoning capabilities in critical areas.
