Anthropic first to open privatized Claude usage data to external researchers

Anthropic announced that, for the first time, it has made real, privacy-anonymized Claude usage data available to external researchers, data that previously could only be examined within AI labs. The step increases independent research and transparency into the impacts of artificial intelligence.
