Computer History: timeline-based history management with fewer tokens and enhanced data protection

The Computer History feature builds on the Chronicle research preview and has been expanded with reduced token usage and extended privacy controls. A new timeline view helps review past activity and build skills from common tasks; there are options for full or partial deletion, exclusion of apps and websites, and pausing and resuming history.
