Open standard: Agent Plugins for extending agents

OpenAI unveiled the Agent Plugins open standard for extending agents, which supports Agent Skills and MCP components; the development involved collaboration with the AWS Developers, Code, Cursor AI, GitHub and OpenAI Developers teams. The standard could increase agents' interoperability and extensibility.
