OpenAI: cheaper APIs and faster models after efficiency gains

According to OpenAI's announcement, following efficiency improvements in GPT-5.6 Sol they made Luna and Terra API usage cheaper today and made the Sol model faster; this enables more useful work to be done more cost-effectively and faster for time-sensitive tasks.
