Wizz Air launches AI-driven WIZZ Holidays travel platform

Wizz Air, the airline with Hungarian roots, announced its new travel platform, WIZZ Holidays, at an international press event in Rome. The service aims to simplify, make more transparent, and add flexibility to trip planning by pairing Wizz Air flights with curated hotel options and ground transfers.

What the platform offers

Unlike traditional package holidays, the AI-driven platform supports multi-city itineraries and combinations of different transport modes, allowing travelers to explore several destinations under a single booking. A key feature is an AI-based keyword search: users can enter broad travel ideas—such as “Canary Islands,” “Italy,” “Egypt,” or “skiing”—and receive personalized recommendations based on their budget and selected dates.

The “Anytime, Anywhere” function emphasizes discovery and flexibility, helping customers who have not yet picked a destination or travel date to find the best offers available across the Wizz Air network. Integrated offers on the platform provide exclusive package pricing that Wizz Air positions as more favorable than assembling bookings independently, while still allowing individual reservations to be managed separately.

Company statement

"WIZZ Holidays offers a smarter solution that makes travel planning simpler and more flexible. With our ‘Unpackage Yourself’ message we encourage passengers to explore our competitive prices and the possibilities of multi-city travel," said Silvia Mosquera, Wizz Air Chief Commercial Officer, at the press briefing.
