Westend Bevásárlóközpont, part of Gránit Pólus Csoport, received an invitation to present at the ICSC 2026 conference, held in Las Vegas from May 18–20. The event draws over 25,000 industry decision-makers, and this year’s focus is the technological transformation of commercial real estate: artificial intelligence, data-driven decision-making and the digital customer experience.
What Westend will present
Westend will demonstrate operational, live systems that transform daily operations and visitor experience:

- An automated digital platform for leasing advertising and promotional inventory.

- AI-driven intelligent building management that continuously optimizes energy use while maximizing the use of renewable energy sources.
These solutions aim not only to improve operational efficiency but also to deliver tangible improvements in visitor experience.
International exposure and recognition
On the panel titled "Global Proptech Trends: What's Happening Outside of North America?", Pálvölgyi Patrik, head of the Gránit Pólus Csoport Innovation Center, will represent the Hungarian and Central and Eastern European sector.
