Anthropic's Claude in Chrome sessions now sync via the browser

Anthropic announced that Claude in Chrome sessions can now bridge to desktop, web and mobile clients: conversations are saved, and skills and connectors also work in the browser. The feature is available today to Max and Team subscribers and will arrive on the Pro plan within weeks, simplifying continuous work and integration.
