Eve offers built-in 'eve eval' evaluator for testing agents

The eve project ships a built-in evaluation framework, "eve eval", by default for agents and for eve's own development. The announcement responds to the fact that evaluation is critical for agents; it facilitates testing and iterative development within the ecosystem.
