Effective October 1, 2026, Csáki Zsuzsanna will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at KPMG Magyarország, reporting to the recently appointed chief executive officer, Rakó Ágnes. At the same time, the firm elevated Linczmayer Zsófia, Szücs Andrea and Verasztó Bence to partner positions to strengthen its leadership team.
Csáki Zsuzsanna — role and responsibilities
Csáki Zsuzsanna joined KPMG in 2001 and has been a partner on the Audit practice since 2022. During her career she has led audits for a number of significant financial institutions and represented KPMG Hungary in international projects and regulatory forums. She has also been involved in business development initiatives affecting the financial sector.
As COO, Csáki will directly support CEO Rakó Ágnes in implementing strategic and business-development priorities. Her responsibilities include coordinating local and regional operations and supporting the execution of transformation initiatives.
New partners and their focuses

Linczmayer Zsófia: She joined KPMG in 2023 and brings more than 15 years of experience in treasury and financial processes, business services centers, outsourced financial services and digital transformation. Within the advisory practice she leads the artificial intelligence, controlling, managed services and corporate treasury advisory areas, with the latter two at a Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) level. As a partner she will prioritize AI adoption and further development of Managed Services, approaching outsourcing as a long-term strategic partnership to improve operational efficiency.

Szücs Andrea: A member of KPMG’s private clients tax group since 2009, she took over leadership of that group in 2018. A tax specialist with a master’s-level international studies background, she has significant experience in employer-related benefits taxation, personal income tax and social security for seconded employees. As partner she will bolster the firm’s services addressing changing tax and regulatory requirements and new European compliance expectations, with a particular focus on pay transparency and people services. Under her leadership the firm launched its immigration business and she has led pay-transparency projects and the development of people services, as well as designing international mobility programs for large employers.

Verasztó Bence: Having worked at KPMG for more than twelve years, Verasztó progressed from accounting into leading roles in digital transformation, automation and data-driven operations. Since 2019 he has led the Hungarian Data & Automation team, growing it into a dynamic business area. He also serves as KPMG CEE’s Data & Analytics leader, responsible for regional collaboration and cross-border service development. His main expertise includes business intelligence, modern data platforms and business process automation.
Significance
These appointments underline KPMG Hungary’s strategic focus on operational efficiency, transformation projects, tax and compliance services, and data- and automation-driven solutions. Csáki’s COO role is intended to align local and regional operations and to help deliver the CEO’s strategic objectives.
