Next.js 16.3: instant navigation and faster development

The Next.js 16.3 update brings faster development and builds, as well as instant navigations, and improved memory usage via Fable and an incremental next build cache. The changes offer an agent-oriented developer experience, more cost-effective serving, and a seamless upgrade; 90 contributors took part in the release.
