rauchg's personal support for 35 open-source developers (v2)

rauchg announced the second round of his open-source scholarship program: he will give $1,000 USD to 35 developers to strengthen the AI ecosystem. The grants focus on five themes—agent capabilities, local AI, performance, quality foundations, and experimental projects—and are personal, unconditional donations independent of Vercel.
