Salesforce integration in Claude now in beta

The Salesforce and Claude integration is now available in beta: the system brings accounts, opportunities and the pipeline into Claude and offers 37 prebuilt sales skills. This enables tasks such as call preparation, deal review, pipeline dashboard creation or sending forecasts to be handled within the conversation, which can speed up the sales workflow and reduce CRM switching.
