Tested on 10,080 reactions: Maria's optimization increased yields of boronic acids and sulfonamides

Maria tested a proposal on 10,080 reactions, and human chemists manually validated representative results. Under the optimized conditions, yields improved for 88% of boronic acids and 83% of sulfonamides; of 14 manual repeats, 11 showed higher yields, eight with more than a twofold improvement.
