Reading, writing and attaching an agent's filesystem independent of the Sandbox lifetime

Developers have introduced that the state of an agent's filesystem can now be read, written and attached independently of the lifetime of Sandboxes; this change takes effect immediately. Behind the scenes there is a new virtual storage infrastructure that provides decoupled but attachable storage for Builds, Functions, Sandboxes and other resources, increasing flexibility and enabling new use cases.
