OpenAI: new standards needed for reporting models' misalignment

OpenAI said, in connection with the "wiki-incident" and the Hugging Face-related security case, that it is time to standardize the reporting of misalignment. They provided a public update on the Hugging Face matter the next day; the investigation is ongoing, and they are working with several dozen regulators.
