SAP Hungary will stage its flagship customer and partner conference in a refreshed format at a new venue. The SAP NOW AI Tour 2026 is scheduled for 14–15 September 2026 at the Kongresszusi Központ in Balatonfüred; registration opens on 1 June 2026.
Focus of the event
The event centers on how artificial intelligence can be applied in corporate settings: specifically, how AI can be integrated into existing enterprise systems in a secure way that delivers measurable business value. The two-day program will showcase the latest innovations in the SAP portfolio, with special attention to SAP public cloud solutions and rollout practices for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Program and participants
The agenda includes domestic and international customer case studies, expert presentations and panel discussions. Sessions will explore how AI can support day-to-day processes in finance, HR, procurement, logistics, customer relations and production. SAP will also present its latest research on digital and ERP maturity among SMEs.
The conference provides an opportunity for customers and partners to share their digital transformation experiences in person. Partners will continue to play a prominent professional role in the program.

New this year, participation is free for SAP customers, though prior registration is required. Organizers have negotiated discounted hotel options with nearby accommodations, but bookings must be made individually. Dedicated shuttle bus services will facilitate access to the venue.
