Two Anthropic models blocked due to U.S. export controls

The U.S. government issued an export control directive citing national security that prohibits any foreign national — including Anthropic's foreign employees — from accessing the Fable 5 and Mythos 5 models; as a result, Anthropic immediately blocked these two models for all customers, while stating that availability of the other Claude models was not affected and that they are working on restoration.
