Employees can use their existing corporate credentials to access enterprise Wi‑Fi and VPN services without creating separate Nebula accounts.
  • Centralized identity management: MSPs and IT teams can consolidate multiple identity providers within Nebula and roll out access policies across an organization or site from a single place, reducing repetitive configurations and the risk of orphaned accounts.
  • Secure, passwordless access: Passkey sign-in is now available for credentials created via the Nebula Cloud Authentication Server (NCAS), lowering the volume of password-reset requests and improving protection against credential phishing.

Proactive troubleshooting and better visibility

The 20.10 release also gives administrators clearer, real-time views of complex network environments to speed troubleshooting across multiple customers and sites:

  • Advanced network topology: Nebula provides a real-time visual map of how devices are physically connected and now can display configurations that include VLAN segmentation and link aggregation, helping teams verify settings and diagnose issues.

Reduced downtime during device replacement

Nebula 20.10 streamlines hardware upgrades and replacements so administrators do not have to rebuild configurations from scratch:

  • One-click device replacement: Administrators can remove an old device and plug in a new one; configurations and licenses are automatically transferred to the replacement. This avoids full restores and reduces network downtime.
